Relispa 40mg, 80mg Drotaverine HCL Injection.

Injection form: RELISPA TM (Drotaverine HCl) Tablets
Contains Drotaverine HCL 40mg/1ml & 80mg/1ml.
Classified in the drug group: Anti – Spasmodic.
Indications:
• Used to treat smooth muscle spasms in patients with biliary tract inflammation, gallstones. 
• Used to treat smooth muscle spasms in the urinary system such as: helping to relieve pain in patients with ureteral stones, kidney inflammation, cystitis, urinary tract pain. 
• Used to relieve pain quickly within 2-4 minutes for injection. 
• Used to treat smooth muscle spasms in the digestive tract such as: stomach, small intestine ulcers, gastritis or IBS digestive tract pain up to 78%. 
• Headache due to vasoconstriction.
• Gynecological diseases: menstrual pain, ectopic pregnancy, severe labor pain.
Dosage:
• Injection: Adults: Drotaverine hydrochloride 40-240mg (1-3 times), intramuscular injection.
Emergency treatment:
• Acute renal failure 40-80mg injected slowly into the black vein (about 30 seconds). 
• Tension pain, abdominal cramps: 40-80mg injected intramuscularly or subcutaneously. When necessary, it can be repeated 3 times / day or take 120-240mg tablets after injection.
• Esophageal stricture: Recommended dose 80mg intramuscularly. 
• For uterine contractions: Give 40mg IM initially. If no response, 40mg IM may be repeated in 2 hours.
