Indications and methods of use: 
• RancardXR (Ranolazine) is used to treat chronic chest pain due to coronary artery disease. 
• It is the first drug of choice approved by the US.FDA for the treatment of chronic chest pain. 
• There is a special exercise, can exercise longer and relieve chest pain when used together with other drugs. 
• RancardXR (Ranolazine) may be used in combination with beta-blockers, nitrates, calcium channel blockers, anticoagulants, lipid-lowering drugs, ACE inhibitors and angiotensin receptor blockers. 
• RancardXR (Ranolazine) is a single drug that is durable and enhances the performance of exercise, throughout the duration of use in all dosages. without damaging the abnormality of the blood circulation system.
Dosage and method of administration: 
• The starting dose of RancardXR (Ranolazine) is 500mg twice a day
and increase to 1000mg twice a day, depending on clinical symptoms. 
• The maximum recommended dose/day of RancardXR (Ranolazine) is 1,000mg twice/day.
Side effects of the drug: occur at a rate of 0.5 to 4%: 
• Cardiovascular disorders such as slow heartbeat, heart palpitations, difficulty breathing 
• Ear and inner ear disorders: tinnitus, dizziness.
