Delanz 30mg & 60mg Capsules (Dexlansoprazole Capsules)

Drug class: Proton Pump Inhibitors.
Indications:
• Treatment of esophageal ulcers. 
• Treatment of non-ulcer gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD).
Strength and dosage:
• Dosage: 30mg to 60mg. 
• No dosage adjustment is necessary for patients with mild hepatic impairment (Child-Pugh Class A). 
• For patients with moderate hepatic impairment, the maximum recommended dosage is 30mg
Indications:
• Esophageal ulcers, Strength: 60mg, Duration: Once daily for 8 weeks.
• Long-term treatment of patients with esophageal ulcers and esophagitis, Strength: 30mg, Duration: Once daily for 6 months.
• Non-ulcer reflux disease (GERD), Strength: 30mg, Duration of use: Once daily for 04 weeks.
Directions for use: Can be taken on an empty stomach and should not be chewed or crushed.
Use in pregnancy: This drug is classified as a safety category B, however, caution should be exercised in pregnant women.
